Who we are

The Plugins Company ("we", "us") runs theplugins.co and is the controller of the personal data described here. Questions or requests: support@theplugins.co.

This policy covers theplugins.co only. Lingolense, MediaGrabber Pro and Consentful each have their own privacy policy on their own website.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us:

• Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), subject and message.
• Product updates list: your email address, if you sign up.
• Emails you send to us.

What we do not collect

theplugins.co uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested.

How we use it

To reply to your message and, only if you signed up, to email you about new products and releases. We never sell personal data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. You stay on the product updates list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@theplugins.co. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If how we handle data changes, we will update this page and the date above.
